高温蝶阀在日常中的常见问题及解决方案

高温蝶阀在使用过程必然会出现一些问题,某些是由于操作人员的不规范造成的,一些是高温蝶阀的日常磨损所造成的,这些问题的出现都会影响我高温蝶阀的正常使用,下面我们了解一下高温蝶阀的常见问题及解决方案。
There will inevitably be some problems in the use of high temperature butterfly valves, some of which are caused by the improper operation personnel, and some are caused by the daily wear of high temperature butterfly valves. The occurrence of these problems will affect the normal use of my high temperature butterfly valves.

一、问题分析:
I. problem analysis:

高温蝶阀执行机构完全关闭的状态下,阀板密封间隙上下应均匀分布。但高温蝶阀采用水平安装调节使用,阀体因刚度差所引起的变形主要来自于蝶阀受自身重力和阀板阀轴、传动装置和附件重力作用产生变形,蝶阀水平安装阀体变形后与管路相连接,其变形得不到恢复保持下来。阀体变形后,阀体通道呈椭圆形,导致阀体密封圈与阀板密封圈不能均匀的接触。
When the high temperature butterfly valve actuator is completely closed, the upper and lower sealing clearance of the valve plate should be evenly distributed. However, the high temperature butterfly valve adopts horizontal installation and adjustment. The deformation of the valve body due to the difference in rigidity mainly comes from the deformation of the butterfly valve caused by its own gravity and the action of the valve plate valve shaft, transmission device and attachment gravity. After the valve body is deformed, the valve body channel is oval, causing the valve body seal ring and the valve plate seal ring cannot even contact.

②高温蝶阀靠蝶板控制管路内部的介质,在截断时,蝶板受高温介质的压力作用而产生变形,使蝶板的密封面与阀体密封面脱离,不能有效的起到密封效果。严重时,使阀板的转动受到卡阻,阀门不能正常工作。
In case of truncation, the butterfly valve with high temperature controls the medium inside the pipeline by the butterfly plate. As a result, the butterfly plate is deformed by the pressure of the high temperature medium, so that the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is separated from the sealing surface of the valve body, and the sealing effect cannot be effectively achieved. In severe cases, the valve plate rotation is blocked and the valve cannot work normally.

③介质高温烟气中含有大量催化剂粉尘、水蒸气,均会产生积聚。高温蝶阀在长期不动作时也可能造成阀门阻塞卡位。
As a result, a large amount of catalyst dust and water vapor can be accumulated in high temperature flue gas. The high temperature butterfly valve may also cause the valve to block the position when not operating for a long time.

④高温蝶阀因仪表伺服阀经常出现供压不够,导致阀位调节系统无法控制阀板开关到位,使得阀体机械行程与信号的显示不一致。

二、解决方案:
Ii. Solutions:

高温蝶阀仪表伺服阀供电不足的问题在跟换配件后就能正常使用。主要问题是检修拆卸阀体后,发现液压执行机构在行程最大时,高温蝶阀阀板与密封面之间的还有60mm间隙。通过对阀体执行机构的解体分析,液压缸的最大行程有限定且不能进行更改,所以不能通过行程来调节阀板的最大运转角度以达到密封。经过研究,设计出了新型结构键来解决上述存在的较大间隙问题,并且经过强度校核计算,新型结构键能够满足机械强度设计要求和工艺要求。阀轴的主要作用就是在工艺需求和仪表信号的控制下按照一定的角度进行旋转,通过键的作用把扭矩传递给阀板以达到阀开度的要求。保持阀板对阀体的相对位置,阀轴要承受介质的作用力和传递驱动装置对蝶板的传动力,保证阀门的调节控制或截断功能。要改变键的结构来补偿阀板密封不到位的缺陷,必须先通确定键所需的补偿位置(补偿宽度)。

The main problem is that after overhaul and disassembly of valve body, it is found that there is a 60mm gap between high temperature butterfly valve plate and sealing cover when the hydraulic actuator has the maximum stroke. Through the disintegration analysis of the valve body actuator, the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is limited and cannot be changed, so the maximum running Angle of the valve plate cannot be adjusted through the stroke to achieve sealing. After research, a new type of structural key is designed to solve the above problems of large gap. After strength check calculation, the new type of structural key can meet the mechanical strength design requirements and technological requirements. The main function of the valve shaft is to rotate at a certain Angle under the control of process requirements and instrument signals, and transfer torque to the valve plate through the action of the key to meet the requirements of valve opening. Keep the relative position of the valve plate to the valve body. The valve shaft shall bear the force of the medium and the transmission of the drive device to the butterfly plate, so as to ensure the valve's adjustment control or truncation function. To change the structure of the key to compensate for insufficient disc seal, you must first determine the compensation position (compensation width) required for the key.
