电动高温蝶阀的技术应用及性能特点

电动高温蝶阀用于催化裂化装置能量烟气回收系统,装置的正常操作温度680℃,允许最高连续使用温度720℃,最高超温800℃,输送含有催化剂颗粒的再生烟气介质。由于介质对阀门冲刷强烈,为防止阀体壁厚因冲刷减薄而失效,阀体内大面积堆焊硬质合金,阀体极易产生变形和开裂,堆焊难度较大。因为系统温度较高,金属材料在高温中机械性能急剧下降,阀门应选用耐高温材料。为防止阀门泄漏超标,引起系统烟机不能正常停车,从而造成重大事故,对阀门密封结构及其零件的加工精度要求较高。
High temperature electric butterfly valve used in catalytic cracking unit flue gas energy recovery system, device of the normal operating temperature 680 ℃, allowing the highest continuous working temperature 720 ℃, the high temperature of 800 ℃, deliver a regeneration of catalyst particles in flue gas medium. Due to the strong erosion of the valve by the medium, in order to prevent the thickness of the valve body wall from losing due to erosion and thinning, the valve body is easy to be deformed and cracked due to the large area of hardmetal surfacing in the valve body. Because the system temperature is high, the mechanical performance of metal material drops sharply in high temperature. In order to prevent valve leakage exceeding the standard, the system smoke machine cannot stop normally, thus causing major accidents, the valve sealing structure and its parts processing precision requirements are high.
The valve body of electric high temperature butterfly valve is welded by steel plate and forging flange. The stem is an integral forging structure, supported by an external bearing seat and driven by a two-pin connection to turn the disc. The two semi-circular seats are staggered back and forth, and are distributed in a symmetrical way with the disc. Combined with the symmetrical streamlined disc, the valve has good circulation performance. High reliability stem packing seal system is composed of 3 sets of packing seal, plus sealant and two auxiliary seals of blowing and sweeping
