高温通风蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘，围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀，在管道上主要起切断和节流用。高温通风蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板，在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转，从而达到启闭或调节的目的。高温通风蝶阀全开到全关通常是小于90°，蝶阀和蝶杆本身没有自锁能力，为了蝶板的定位，要在阀杆上加装蜗轮减速器。那么它在安装的时候，想要注意哪些要点呢？

So when it's installed, what are the key points you want to pay attention to?

1、通风蝶阀高温蝶阀安装位置、高度、进出口方向必须符合设计要求，注意介质流动的方向应与阀体所标箭头方向一致，连接应牢固紧密。

2、通风蝶阀高温蝶阀安装前必须进行外观检查，阀门的铭牌应符合现行国家标准《通用阀门标志》GB12220的规定。对于工作压力大于1.0MPa及在主干管上起到切断作用的阀门，安装前应进行强度和严密性能试验，合格后方准使用。通风蝶阀高温蝶阀强度试验时，试验压力为公称压力的1.5倍，持续时间不少于5min，阀门壳体、填料应无渗漏为合格。严密性试验时，试验压力为公称压力的1.1倍；试验持续的时间符合GB50243要求。

2. Before installing the high-temperature butterfly valve, the appearance inspection must be carried out, and the valve nameplate should conform to the current national standard GB12220 of the general valve mark. For valves with working pressure greater than 1.0mpa and with cut-off function on main stem pipe, strength and strict performance test should be conducted before installation. When the strength test of the high-temperature butterfly valve of the ventilation butterfly valve is conducted, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. During the strict test, the test pressure was 1.1 times of the nominal pressure. The duration of the test meets the requirements of GB50243.
